1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and purchased components are reviewed before they enter production. Inspection requirements are determined according to the valve type, pressure rating, connection design, operating conditions, and customer specifications.

• Material identification and visual condition of valve bodies, covers, balls, stems, and other major components.
• Dimensional checks for critical parts and connection areas.
• Review of seals, seats, fasteners, handles, actuators, and spare parts for suitability and consistency.
• Confirmation of surface condition, machining quality, and protection against damage or contamination.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during machining, assembly, and finishing to help maintain consistent production results. Operators and quality personnel monitor key process requirements in line with internal inspection standards and applicable product specifications.

• Control of machining dimensions, tolerances, thread quality, and connection accuracy.
• Inspection of ball and seat contact surfaces to support smooth operation and sealing performance.
• Verification of stem installation, handle alignment, actuator mounting, and operating direction.
• Process checks for 3-way and multi-port flow configurations, sanitary designs, and pressure-oriented valve construction.
• Monitoring of surface finishing, cleaning, assembly condition, and component compatibility.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before release, completed valves are inspected according to their design and order requirements. The inspection scope may include appearance, dimensions, operation, sealing, and other functional characteristics relevant to the product application.

• Visual inspection of the valve body, ports, surface finish, markings, and overall assembly.
• Dimensional verification of connection sizes, face-to-face dimensions, mounting areas, and other critical features.
• Operational checks for manual handles, locking devices, electric actuators, and pneumatic actuators where applicable.
• Leakage and pressure-related testing carried out according to product specifications and internal inspection procedures.
• Confirmation that materials, configuration, pressure requirements, and accessories correspond with the customer order.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is prepared to protect valves and spare parts during handling, storage, and international transportation. Before shipment, the order is reviewed to ensure that the products, quantities, documentation, labels, and packaging details are consistent with the agreed requirements.

• Protection of connection ends, sealing surfaces, handles, actuators, and finished surfaces.
• Secure packing suitable for the product type and transportation requirements.
• Verification of product identification, specifications, quantities, and carton or crate markings.
• Final review of accessories, spare parts, operating components, and related documents where required.
• Pre-shipment inspection for visible damage, contamination, loose components, or packaging issues.

5. Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback, inspection findings, and production observations are treated as important inputs for quality improvement. When an issue is identified, the responsible team reviews the relevant materials, processes, assembly steps, and inspection records to determine appropriate corrective actions.

Improvement activities may include process adjustment, additional verification, supplier communication, operator guidance, packaging enhancement, or updates to internal inspection requirements.
