Compare electric, welded gas-service, and pneumatic flanged ball valves by control method, connection detail, media, and project fit.
A useful valve quotation does more than repeat diameter and material. It connects the control signal, process medium, end connection, and installation constraints. For importers and project buyers, this approach makes it easier to compare products across a broader ball valve portfolio while reducing revisions before drawings are approved.

Start with the control architecture
For room-temperature water and traffic control systems, the 220V electric valve combines direct electric actuation with an internal threaded connection. Available sizes are listed from DN15 to DN50 with a PN16 operating pressure. Buyers should define the required normally closed or normally open logic, installation voltage, thread standard, and preferred fail-state behavior in the RFQ.

Gas supply lines introduce different priorities. The 304 gas valve is positioned for gas service and features stainless steel construction. Because gas projects are especially connection-sensitive, the final end arrangement—such as butt-welded, externally threaded, or flanged—should be confirmed against an approved dimensional drawing. Pressure class, operating temperature, sealing materials, and applicable testing requirements also need written confirmation.

Match pneumatic actuation to plant operation
Where compressed air is already available, the pneumatic flanged valve offers a stainless steel DN15 configuration for industrial gas flow control. Single-acting and double-acting actuator options support different shutdown philosophies. Procurement teams should specify air supply pressure, required operating time, fail-open or fail-closed action, flange standard, and any position feedback accessories.
A clear inquiry should identify the medium, pressure, temperature, nominal size, connection standard, actuator type, control signal, and order quantity. Share these details with your required drawings or branding specifications to receive a more accurate ball valve proposal.
